Everything You Needed to Know About a Trip to NIKKI Peucang Resort
How to get there, best time to visit, and what to expect at the resort.
Peucang Island is 450-hectare protected island, part of Ujung Kulon National Park Area.
The nearest airport to NIKKI Peucang Resort is Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Located in Tangerang City, Banten, West Java.
The travel time from the Soekarno Hatta International Airport to the NIKKI Peucang Resort is; approximately 4 (four) hours driving by car and then continue approximately 3 (three) hours through the sea by traditional wooden boat.
The final destination of the land route is NIKKI Marina, located in the Sumur District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. There is a large parking area in this marina. You can can park your car here safely.
From NIKKI Marina, a woodenboat / speedboat will then take you directly to the Peucang Island jetty, which is located next to the NIKKI Peucang Resort. All the boat should be ordered in advance.
Based on Government Regulation Nomor 12 Tahun 2014, the government sets different entry ticket prices for local and international tourists / foreigners. Kitas ownership does not reduce / change the price of admission for foreigners. Here are the details:

NIKKI Cafe is the only restaurant on Peucang Island. However, due to limited electrical energy, we do not supply food that can easily rot. Therefore, most of our menus are must order in advance. Click here to see the menu.
The electricity for the resort is supported by the generator engine. The engine only starts from 6 pm-6am. We provide 2 (two) C-type (two hole) sockets in Batik Villa, and 6 (six) sockets in Angklung Villa.
The beach is ordinarily a place to enjoy the sun with a bikini. But Peucang Island is sometimes crossed by cold winds and heavy rain. Climate changes make it difficult for us to predict when this cold wind will come. In addition, there are other interesting activities in Ujung Kulon National Park beside swim and relax at the beach. Such as light trekking to our backyard. So, besides your best bikini, you better also prepare:
Comfortable cotton clothing
A light jacket and/or warm fleece & rain coat (for rainy season)
Comfortable sandals
Sunhat, sunglasses, sun block
Camera, binoculars, extra memory cards, charging equipment
Insect Repellent, Tooth brush & paste
Peucang Island is a pristine jungle and home for a lot of species. Some animal love to walk arround NIKKI Peucang Resort such as wild boar, deer, monitor lizard, peacock, and monkey.
Mostly they afraid and flee when meet human, except monkey. Beware of this animal. Never feed them and always close all the door when you leaves the room. Monkey can come in to the open room and steal your things.
